Bright Health Care ("Bright Health Care", "we", "us", or "our") provides on-site employee health camps and diagnostic center services to corporate clients under the Factories Act, 1948 and related occupational health regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and medical information in the course of providing these services and operating this website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Corporate contact information — name, company, work email, phone number, industry type, and employee count, submitted through our enquiry and quote forms.
  • Employee health information — clinical examination results, diagnostic test data (vision, hearing, ECG, pulmonary function, pathology, radiology), and fitness certification status, collected during statutory health camps and diagnostic center checkups on behalf of our corporate clients.
  • Website usage data — standard technical data such as browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically to operate and improve this website.

2. How We Use Information

  • To schedule, conduct, and deliver on-site camps and diagnostic center services.
  • To generate individual employee health records, Form-35 registers, fitness certificates, and reports for the employer.
  • To respond to enquiries and quote requests submitted through this website.
  • To meet statutory record-keeping and audit-readiness obligations under the Factories Act and applicable state Factory Rules.
  • To communicate service updates, appointment reminders, and compliance renewal notices.

3. Employee Medical Data

Individual employee medical records generated during a health camp or center visit are confidential. Access is restricted to: the employee themselves (via the Employee Login portal), authorised HR/EHS personnel at the employing company (via the HR/Admin Login portal, for the purpose of statutory compliance), and Bright Health Care clinical and compliance staff directly involved in producing the report. We do not sell or share employee medical data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Statutory health records, Form-35 registers, and fitness certificates are retained for a minimum of five years, or longer where required by applicable Factories Act provisions, to support inspector audits and compliance reviews.

5. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of medical information, including access controls on our HR/Admin and Employee portals and secure storage of digital health records.

6. Your Rights

Employees may request access to, or correction of, their own health records through the Employee Login portal or by contacting us directly. Corporate clients may request access to their organisation's aggregated data through the HR/Admin Login portal.

7. Cookies

This website may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
