These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Health Care website (brighthealthindia.com) and your engagement of Bright Health Care ("we", "us") for on-site employee health camps, diagnostic center checkups, and related occupational health and statutory compliance services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of This Website
This website is provided to help HR directors, factory managers, EHS officers, and compliance heads evaluate and enquire about our occupational health services. Content on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
2. Enquiries & Quotes
Submitting an enquiry or quote request through this website does not create a binding service agreement. A formal proposal, statement of work, or service agreement will be shared and agreed separately before any on-site camp or diagnostic center program is scheduled.
3. Scope of Services
Bright Health Care provides statutory health checkups, new joinee fitness screening, mobile health camps, leadership wellness packages, and related diagnostic and documentation services, delivered in accordance with the Factories Act, 1948 and applicable state Factory Rules. Exact test panels, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in each client's individual service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate employee headcount, job-risk category, and site-access information for on-site camp planning.
- Facilitating employee attendance and cooperation during scheduled camp or center visits.
- Reviewing and acting on fitness certifications and reports in a timely manner.
5. Statutory Compliance Disclaimer
While Bright Health Care designs its test panels and documentation formats to align with the Factories Act, 1948 and related regulations, ultimate statutory compliance responsibility rests with the employer. Bright Health Care is not liable for penalties arising from a client's failure to schedule required examinations, act on fitness recommendations, or maintain records as advised.
6. Confidentiality
Individual employee medical information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymised workforce health data may be used for internal quality and service-improvement purposes.
